Event Management and Design

Our role in delivering you with a successful event, in whatever form it make take, involves a wide range of activities we would carry out on your behalf, including:

 
Providing the experience
· Comprehensive venue finding - matching you to the most appropriate venues according to the purpose of your event, the attendee numbers, budget, location or special requirements (etc.)
· Negotiating with and acquiring the venue(s)
· Sourcing suppliers that match the brief given (including - and not limited to - catering, entertainment, equipment, transport, stationery, photography plus specialist activities)
· Managing the component costs to ensure the maximum is accomplished within the budget
· Advising and guiding on theming, if applicable, plus the acquisition and preparation of any component required e.g. plants, draping, signs, backdrops, props, costumes, staff (etc.)
 

Taking responsibility

· Setting up the venue before the event and clearance afterwards
· Attendance at and management of the event to ensure its smooth running and adherence to plan, thereby ensuring all attendees can participate in the event as it unfolds
· Avoiding additional costs by ensuring all hired equipment or props are accounted for and returned to their source supplier immediately after the event
 

Eliminating the risks

· Producing a detailed delivery schedule and itinerary to ensure all the key elements are considered whilst any risks are identified and managed
· Briefing and co-ordinating suppliers to ensure they all know exactly when, where and how their service is to be delivered

Underwriting all services acquired via AOL Corporate Events
